Our Story

Three lifelong friends—Tom, Tim, and Pat—shared more than years of friendship; they shared a passion for great food. Turning that passion into reality, they opened a pizza shop founded on a simple idea: serve real food made the right way. Every pizza is prepared using organic, farm-fresh ingredients, carefully sourced and crafted with the same dedication that defines their friendship. Leading the kitchen is Tyler, Tom’s son and the talented chef behind the pies, adding skill, creativity, and a fresh generation of flavor to every slice. As their vision grew, the space expanded into a welcoming wine bar, offering thoughtfully selected bottles that pair perfectly with the menu. What began as a dream among friends has grown into a community gathering place where delicious pizza, fine wine, and great company come together.

Unlike traditional pizza shops that toss their dough into the air, we treat ours with the respect it deserves, gently working it to preserve its integrity and texture.We never freeze our dough—it's always fresh, always authentic. But such dedication takes time, and that’s why we can only make a limited number of pies each day. Quality isn’t rushed, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
